Who We Are
Caskwell was founded in Kuala Lumpur with a clear purpose: to provide legal services that put the client's actual situation at the centre of every engagement. We found that many people approach legal matters feeling uncertain or overwhelmed, and believed there was space for a practice that responds to that with genuine care rather than efficient throughput.
Our work spans property and real estate, estate planning and wills, and corporate formation. These areas were chosen deliberately — they represent some of the most consequential decisions individuals and businesses face, and they benefit enormously from advice that is patient, precise, and tailored.
We operate from our office on Jalan Ampang, one of Kuala Lumpur's most established commercial corridors, and serve clients across the Klang Valley and beyond. Whether the matter is a first property purchase, a family will, or the formation of a new company, each engagement receives the same level of attention.

Over 18 years advising on property matters and corporate governance across Malaysia. Admitted to the Bar in 2006.
Siti Wahida
Associate — Estate & Wills
Specialises in estate planning and testamentary matters. Brings both legal knowledge and a considered approach to sensitive family situations.
Lim Kai Sheng
Associate — Corporate
Focuses on company formation and commercial structuring. Works closely with founders and SME owners navigating early-stage legal requirements.
